Every visit is the same checklist unless you say otherwise. The only variable is the size of the home. The rate is the rate. We don't add supply fees, trip fees, or stair fees.
Standard clean
3 bed / 2 bath, 2.5–3 hours. 90 minutes for 1-bed units.
- Kitchen — counters, sink, stovetop
- Baths — toilet, shower, tub, vanity
- Vacuum + mop all rooms
- Make beds with fresh linen if left out
Deep clean
3 bed / 2 bath, 4–6 hours. The first visit for every new home.
- Everything in standard, plus
- Inside oven, fridge, microwave
- Baseboards, door frames, light switches
- Window tracks and sills
Move-out clean
3 bed / 2 bath, 5–7 hours. Landlord-grade finish for full deposit return.
- Everything in deep clean
- Inside all closets, cupboards, pantry
- All walls spot-cleaned for scuffs
- Light fixtures, ceiling fans
Airbnb turnover
1 bed / 1 bath, 1.5–2.5 hours. Host dashboard in beta.

The rate is the rate. No "starting at".
