From plan to paying clients in 30 days.
We did the planning in public: brand kit, booking portal, operational playbook, the day-by-day launch sequence. Day 1 of operations was the BC sole prop registration. Day 14 was the first paid clean. Day 30 was the first recurring client. We're in month 2, building the booking portal, hiring the first cleaner, and growing the routes.
The company is BC-only. We don't franchise, we don't expand to other provinces, we don't add commercial in v1. The discipline is the moat. The reviews are the proof.
